How payment works
One transaction at booking. No deposit/balance split, no Net-30 invoicing — keep it simple.

When you pick your date on the booking calendar, Stripe captures the flat fee on the same screen. The booking is locked the moment the charge clears.
No further action
We arrive on-site before your crew. The compliance packet lands in your inbox within 24 hours of completion. Drive folder valid for 39 months.
Cancellations
Cancel more than 24 hours before service and we refund $500 — we keep $50 (about 10%) to cover materials already prepared. Cancellations within 24 hours of service are non-refundable; the full $550 is retained.
Either way, if something unexpected comes up, call us — most cases we can reschedule you to the next available window instead of running the refund.
