Investigation. Containment. Compliance. Remediation.
Three categories. One subcontractor relationship. ECT wraps around residential construction projects as a B2B partner to licensed general contractors: Environmental Services live now, Project Management Services newly available, and Demolition Advisory launching August 2026. We do not perform build work, and we do not contract directly with homeowners.
Environmental Services
Live nowThe core lead-safe RRP capability. ECT serves as the Certified Renovator on-site, designs and installs containment, runs daily monitoring, and closes the job with EPA cleaning verification and a 24-hour compliance packet.
Ideal for: Pre-1978 residential renovation projects where lead-painted surfaces will be disturbed.
Regulatory framework: EPA Renovation, Repair, and Painting Rule (40 CFR Part 745, Subpart E) for lead-based paint; OSHA Lead in Construction Standard (29 CFR 1926.62) for worker protection.
Environmental Services
Lead Testing
Rapid on-site results via EPA-recognized test kit, or federally-authoritative determination via accredited lab.
Two modalities, both under the Certified Renovator authority of 40 CFR Part 745, Subpart E. Rapid on-site testing uses EPA-recognized swab kits (e.g. 3M LeadCheck, D-Lead) for confirmed presence-or-absence in minutes — enough to drive a bid decision or a same-day work-practice call. Lab testing collects paint-chip samples on-site and chains custody to an EPA-recognized laboratory for the federally-authoritative determination at 1.0 mg/cm² or 0.5%-by-weight.
Lab testing powered by SimpleLab.
Deliverables
- Rapid on-site test with EPA-recognized kit (minutes)
- Paint-chip sample collection for lab method
- Chain-of-custody to EPA-recognized lab
- Lab report (PDF) with per-component lead determination
- Determination available for permit or regulator review
Environmental Services
Containment
Physical isolation of the work area to prevent lead dust migration.
Design and installation of containment systems that meet or exceed EPA RRP requirements: poly sheeting, physical isolation barriers, signage and warnings, adjacent-area protection, and worker entry/egress protocols. Containment design accounts for the specific scope of disturbance and the layout of adjacent occupied or work areas.
Deliverables
- Containment design specification
- Installation of containment system
- Signage and access controls
- Daily containment integrity verification
- Containment teardown and HEPA-clean disposal
Environmental Services
Compliance
RRP and OSHA compliance management during regulated work.
ECT serves as the Certified Renovator on-site, ensuring lead-safe work practices are followed during any disturbance of pre-1978 painted surfaces. Includes scope documentation of regulated activity, a risk briefing for the GC's crew, and daily monitoring of practice adherence. Covers both EPA RRP requirements and OSHA 29 CFR 1926.62 worker protection.
Deliverables
- Scope of regulated activity documentation
- Risk briefing for GC crew
- Daily on-site monitoring logs
- OSHA exposure-assessment notes per 29 CFR 1926.62
- Compliance documentation for the GC's records
Environmental Services
Cleaning / Remediation
Post-work cleanup verification to EPA RRP standard.
EPA cleaning verification protocol after regulated work concludes: HEPA vacuuming, wet-wipe sampling per federal protocol, photo documentation, comparison to the verification card, and a signed regulatory packet for the project file. The deliverable is a documented certification that the work area meets EPA RRP cleaning verification for reoccupancy. ECT retains records for 39 months.
Deliverables
- HEPA decontamination of work area
- Wet wipe sampling and verification card comparison
- Photo documentation of cleaning verification
- Signed regulatory packet delivered to GC within 24 hours
- Permanent records retained by ECT for 39 months
Optional add-on: OSHA Lead Compliance Program (+$49). Customized written 29 CFR 1926.62 program — Administrative + Engineering controls + PPE protocols — that bundles into the same compliance packet. Reusable across every pre-1978 job your crew takes. See /pricing for the bundled SKU.
Project Management Services
New — now availableProject coordination and management services available across any residential construction project. Not regulatory-driven — these are workstream-management capabilities GCs can subcontract when bandwidth is the constraint.
Ideal for: GCs who want to subcontract specific workstreams or full project management on any residential project, regardless of whether environmental complexity is involved.
Regulatory framework: Not regulatory-driven. Coordination and management services delivered under the GC's overall authority.
Project Management Services
Environmental Compliance PM
End-to-end management of the environmental workstream inside a larger build.
End-to-end management of the environmental workstream on projects with pre-1978 or other environmental complexity. ECT runs investigation, containment, compliance, and cleaning verification as a single engagement. The GC manages the build; ECT manages the environmental side.
Deliverables
- Single point of accountability for environmental workstream
- Pre-project environmental assessment
- Containment and compliance plan
- On-site management throughout regulated work
- Closeout documentation package
Project Management Services
Construction Project Management
Subcontracted project management for residential construction projects.
Project management services for GCs who want to subcontract PM on a specific build. ECT manages schedule, subcontractor coordination, owner communications, change orders, and closeout under the GC's authority. Available on any residential project type.
Deliverables
- Project schedule development and tracking
- Subcontractor coordination
- Owner communications managed on the GC's behalf
- Change order documentation
- Project closeout package
Project Management Services
Project Coordination
Workstream coordination within larger construction projects.
Narrower-scope coordination for GCs who need an extra hand on specific workstreams inside a larger project. ECT handles communication, scheduling, dependencies, and trade-to-trade interlocks for a defined scope, supporting the GC's primary PM team without taking over the project.
Deliverables
- Scoped workstream coordination
- Trade-to-trade communication management
- Dependency tracking
- Daily updates to GC project manager
- Issue escalation with documented response
Demolition Advisory
Coming August 2026Pre-demolition advisory service for GCs facing total teardowns or substantial deconstruction. Regulatory territory: NESHAP (40 CFR Part 61, Subpart M) governs total demolitions where asbestos may be disturbed — distinct from EPA RRP, which only covers renovation of painted surfaces in pre-1978 housing.
Ideal for: GCs handling total or substantial demolition projects who need expert navigation of NESHAP requirements, state asbestos clearance protocols, and federal/state debris handling rules.
Regulatory framework: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) under 40 CFR Part 61, Subpart M for asbestos; state asbestos clearance requirements; OSHA and EPA debris handling rules.
Demolition Advisory
Demolition Advisory
Pre-demolition regulatory advisory under NESHAP and state asbestos clearance.
Pre-demolition advisory service for total teardowns or substantial deconstruction. Includes NESHAP notification requirements analysis, asbestos clearance protocol coordination, safe subtraction planning for adjacent property protection, debris handling and disposal compliance, and state reporting requirements navigation. ECT provides recommendations based on federal and state guidelines; the GC retains stop-work authority and remains the primary entity responsible to regulators. ECT does NOT perform asbestos abatement — that is a separately licensed activity outside ECT's current scope.
Deliverables
- Pre-demolition regulatory assessment
- NESHAP notification preparation support
- Asbestos clearance coordination
- Safe subtraction plan for adjacent property protection
- Debris handling and disposal compliance documentation
Target launch: August 2026 — keyed to the issuance of ECT's Michigan M&A House Wrecking license (exam scheduled summer 2026; veteran fee waiver applies). The state credential establishes ECT's authority to advise on demolition logistics under NESHAP.
Pricing across the catalog
